Bob McCormack brings to each client relationship over 20 years of financial services experience. Bob was the former CEO of a regional community financial services company. Bob is experienced in buying and selling businesses having purchased as CEO, banks, insurance agencies, leasing and trust companies. Bob also has the experience of the seller as he sold branches and eventually the financial services company.
His 20 years plus experience can assist the buyer and the seller in putting together a package that focuses on solutions for both the buyer and the seller. His strong experience with the SBA and the USDA guaranteed loan programs, state economic development financing programs, bond issues and mezzanine financing solutions are invaluable to assist in a professional experience.

from Indiana University of PA. Jack most recently
was employed by Pennsylvania House as Executive
Vice President. In this position Jack led the
Finance, IT, Manufacturing and Customer Service
functions of the company. He also served as
VP of Operations, VP/Controller and as the
Director of Financial Planning & Analysis.
Previously, Jack held management positions
in accounting and finance for the American
Stores Co. and Rea & Derrick, Inc.
Sandy Miller
Sandy Miller brings more than 20 years of financial services, marketing and sales management experience to her position with VR Mergers & Acquisitions - Murphy McCormack Business Group, LLC. She most recently served as executive vice president for a regional bank and had responsibility for marketing, training, sales and the call center. She has held sales and marketing leadership positions with national manufacturing and distribution companies, as well. Her experience, education and knowledge of both marketing and financial analysis, provide a unique and valued skill set to clients.
Dan Mignogna
Dan is an experienced business and merger & acquisition executive. Dan’s background includes various operational and management positions for AMP, Inc., where he served as Director of Corporate Development, with global M&A responsibilities. He was involved in closing dozens of transactions involving acquisitions, divestitures and equity/venture capital financing. Dan’s unique skill set includes a degree in mechanical engineering and extensive financial and operational experience in varied industries, locations and company sizes.
Dan Rarig
Dan’s background includes various operational and management positions in corporate, small business and economic development organizations. Specifically, he has worked as a corporate accounting professional and CFO, management consultant and as a development officer for a nationwide non-bank lender. In addition, Dan also has a background as an entrepreneur having owned his own small business for over 6 years.
